All orders are subject to our security verification processes and Diverse Electronics reserves the right to restrict or limit the use of any pay method which fails this process. A service charge of $10.00 may be imposed for rejected credit card orders. Large orders may require payment via bank wire transfer. Orders must be paid in full at time of shipping, with the exception of Corporate Accounts.
A minimum order quantity may apply on certain items.

Shipping & Handling
Diverse Electronics sells and ships products within Canada and the contiguous United States.
We are pleased to offer same-day shipping on all in-stock items for orders placed before 2 p.m. Eastern Time. Inventory availability is not guaranteed.
Certain items require overnight shipping due to product storage temperature requirements. Additional shipping charges may apply. Any additional fees will not be charged without prior approval.
Non-standard or specialty items
Products that are oversized, labeled as dangerous goods or hazardous materials, or weighing more than 20 pounds have special shipping requirements. Any additional fees will not be charged without prior approval.
Items labeled as dangerous goods or hazardous materials cannot be shipped to the United States.
Please note, shipping and handling may not be available in all areas. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice (even after an order has been submitted), including in cases where shipping and handling does not apply to your area. Whether shipping to Canada or the United States, you can choose to ship on your account. Simply provide carrier, method and account# where indicated at checkout.
Customers in the Greater Montreal Area have the option to pick up their order at Diverse Electronics’ head office in St-Laurent. Choose this option at checkout and a representative will contact you when your order is ready. Typically, your order will be available 2 days after you place your order for in-stock items, but please be aware that some exceptions apply. Delivery for items not in stock vary by supplier and will be indicated at checkout. If your order is not picked up within 10 business days after being contacted, your order will be cancelled.

Bill to / Ship to
You can choose to have the order sent to a shipping address that is different from your billing address. With this option, the shipping confirmation with the order total and payment information is emailed to the email address associated with your Diverse Electronics online account, while the products in your order are sent to the shipping address.
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt and include a return authorization number. Call 1-800-381-7308 to obtain your authorization number. Authorized returns are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, less applicable return shipping charges. A 25% restocking fee may apply. We do not refund original shipping costs. Products returned without a return authorization number will be returned to the sender. Parts must be returned and in the same condition as you initially received it and in the original packaging where applicable.
Consumable products can be returned only after reasonable trial. Partially used product will not be accepted as a return item unless it failed application.
Personal protection or static control wearable items may be tried on for size and fit only, and must not otherwise be worn.
Your account will be credited when the returned product is verified by our Distribution Center. Please allow at least 15 business days from the return date for your refund to be processed. Typically, your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase, however in some cases your refund may be processed in the form of a cheque.
