Real-Time Depth of Field Adjustment
When inspecting at high magnification, certain areas of specimen may not be in focus depending on the depth of the object. With the Real-Time Depth of Field feature, operators can adjust the focus parameters, with no need to adjust the physical optics.

The software provides a ''real-time image stitching'' function. It can generate large-sized panoramic images in a few seconds.
